BBBEE & Land Claims Will be Hate Crimes Under Stricter Definition of Hate Crime in ANC’s Updated Parliamentary Bill

The portfolio committee on Justice and Correctional Services in the SA parliament has called for public comment on the updated Prevention of Hate Speech and Hate Crime Bill, which is intended to impose proper punishment on the said crimes. The new definition of “hate crime” is when someone harms another person with remarks or insulting remarks. Harm is defined as any emotional, psychological, physical, social, or economic harm. So according to the new Bill, it will be a crime to promote and advertise BBBEE. It will also be a crime to sing Kill The Boer Kill The Farmer, or threaten to take someone’s land, as most certainly that causes great emotional harm, trauma and distress.

It will also be a crime to give financial aid to just blacks… …clearly thit is not the case, so the ANC government is either lying or are breaking their own laws, exposing them as the despots, dictators and racists they are…

Land expropriation without compensation shock revealed! ANC regime publishes charade bill on expropriation without compensation

The leader of the Afrikaner Self-Determination Party has strongly opposed the ANC over the government’s rate of land expropriation.

The shocking revelation was made in the media this past weekend that the ANC had just published a charade bill on expropriation without compensation for public comment. The media revealed that Dr Mathole Motshekga of the ANC acknowledged that the ANC had published this facade so that it did not cause too much opposition before the real bill was tabled in parliament.

In terms of the true bill, according to Motshekga, the courts will have no power to decide on the legality of the ANC’s intended expropriations without compensation.

Motshekga stated that, in the opinion of the ANC, the court process is taking too long and that the ANC government as elected government should have the final say on expropriations without compensation.

ANC Secretly Expropriating Afrikaans Too! Quietly Pushing Through Proposed Basic Education Law Changes Over Xmas Holidays!

Is it the end of Afrikaans schools? The ANC regime is pushing through proposed changes to Basic Education law in the holiday season,  which will give them more control over school governing bodies. The ANC  don’t just want to steal land, they want to take away Afrikaans schools.

Just like the expropriation without compensation bill, the ANC government is pushing it through in the present holiday month, whilst people are on holiday. SA faces losses of R12 billion after US threatens to kick the ANC regime out of a tax-free export agreement

The United States is threatening to kick SA out of its tax-free export agreement which could lead to job losses and economic disadvantages.

The threat comes after it became known that the ANC’s president would sign a bill.

Cultural groups have apparently urged Cyril Ramaphosa not to sign the Copyright Amendment Bill, as the US threat could be implemented, meaning at least 1,200 workers would be left without a refuge.

The signing by Ramaphosa will mean that South Africa will lose an R12bn loss on exports to the US, something the country can hardly afford.

If SA were to be removed from the US preferential list, it could also cause the country’s exports to fall drastically, which would now be highly undesirable in the current economic climate.

National Health Insurance: Medical specialists and doctors threaten to flee overseas

The new National Health Insurance (NHI) that the ANC-regime wants to implement is facing fierce opposition from doctors and medical professionals in the Free State. These medics are currently threatening to go overseas, meanwhile, the Free State DA has also been involved in a fight with Montsent Tsiu, the MEC of Health in the province. The parties involved confirm that the NHI is going to become an unaffordable system that is doomed even before it is implemented.

The doctors support the principle of health care for all but reckon that the NHI is not a feasible system. It is believed that if doctors are first harmed by being prohibited from opening private practices and patients are forced upon them whom they must pay attention within 24 hours, they will simply walk.

ANC wants to speed up expropriation process during Christmas holiday season

The process to amend section 25 of the Constitution in order to fast-track expropriation without compensation suddenly gathered speed on Tuesday when a draft bill to amend the Constitution was tabled by the parliamentary legal services.

The Constitution Eighteenth Amendment Bill was tabled at a sitting of the ad hoc committee tasked with amending the Constitution.

This first bite at the wording of the constitutional amendment states that when the state and the land owner cannot agree on the price to be paid, a country may – where land and any improvements thereon are expropriated for the purposes of land reform – determine that the amount of compensation is nil.

Parliamentary legal services furthermore proposed inclusion of a section which requires national legislation to set out specific circumstances where a court may determine that the amount of compensation is nil.

Misappropriation of R5.8 bil, Afriforum to lay charges – NHI violates constitution

During a media conference held on 18 November 2019, AfriForum launched a comprehensive report on why the implementation of National Health Insurance (NHI) in South Africa will be unconstitutional. The report further explains why the impact study on which the NHI is based, is totally inadequate which means that the Bill should be set aside.

“According to the report, Section 27 of the Constitution only provides for access to healthcare. Nowhere does it indicate that the state is obliged to provide healthcare to everyone. In fact, if the government’s intervention hinders this access, it is unconstitutional. When one considers the current state of affairs in the department of health, the state most definitely doesn’t have the capacity to provide healthcare services to the whole country. It will therefore be unconstitutional for the state to effectively take control of the private health sector,” says Natasha Venter, AfriForum’s spokesperson for NHI.

ANC’s 30,000 election posters cost R100 million

The ruling party recently had a big shock when they received a bill of R100 million for the printing of 30,000 ANC election posters.

This indicates that a single poster cost about R3,000, which made the printing press rich overnight, but it seems like the ANC is hesitant pay such a bill.

Ezulweni Investments in Natal reportedly did the printing of the posters used by the ANC during the election, but the ANC said the bill would not be paid because no command was given for the order.

Fikile Mbalula allegedly said he knew nothing about the order given to the printing press, and now the printing press wants to drag the ANC to the Supreme Court.

An estimated R2 billion was spent by the political parties during the last election, and observers noted that printing companies probably received the best share of the money.

59 billion bailout just been granted to struggling Eskom

The National Assembly voted in favor of a special allocation bill on Tuesday that allows a bailout of R59 billion to struggling Eskom.

The bill was approved by 200 votes to 105 with ANC MPs believing the bill is essential to keep the lights on. These MPs argued that many of them grew up in a “permanent state of loadshedding” due to past inequalities.

Others, however, were opposed to this bill.

Nqabayomzi Kwankwa, MP of the United Democratic Movement (UDM), said it was astonishing that MPs were asked to “throw money at the problem” after Eskom reportedly paid R4bn to suppliers too much.

Eskom is about R500bn in the red.

DA Ashor Sarupen said Eskom seems to be burning money instead of coal. “Every citizen is a hostage of Eskom. We are hostages to the power cuts that cause huge economic losses. We are hostages to their bail requirements. We are hostages to their endless management crises, ”says Sarupen.

Eskom – in return for R59bn bailout from National Treasury, Eskom must recover Soweto, municipal debt

National Treasury is set to impose 28 conditions on Eskom in return for a R59bn lifeline to keep the cash-strapped power utility afloat and enable it to pay interest on its mounting debt burden.

Treasury updated Parliament’s appropriations oversight committee on the conditions attached to an appropriations bill on Wednesday. The bill, which has not yet been passed by Parliament, grants R59bn to Eskom over two years. This is in addition to R69bn over three years announced by Finance Minister Tito Mboweni in his maiden February budget.

In addition to regular and detailed reports of all its finances, Treasury has stipulated the utility needs to recover all debt owed to it by errant municipalities, national department and corporations, including Soweto.
