Dit is welbekend dat baie presidente President geword het om weg te kruip van agtervolging van korrupsie of ander skandale, en dit is nêrens waarder as wanneer jy eers president van SA geword het, dat jy kwytskelding van alle misdade sal kry. Met stories wat alewig verander, “sukkel” die arme OB en Konstitusionele Hof om Zuma se korrupsie te kan straf, en nou wil dit voorkom of Ramaphosa se leuens, of te wel “verandering van stories” ook onder die mat gevee word, omdat na hul mening, die area van ondersoek glo buite die veld van die OB val.

Cyril Ramaphosa het na bewering nie die parlement mislei met betrekking tot die skenkings wat aan sy CR17 ANC-presidensiële verkiesingsveldtog in 2017 gemaak is nie, en die openbare beskermer het ook nie die mag gehad om privaat aangeleenthede van politieke partye te ondersoek nie.

Pathologist finds that Bosasa CEO Gavin Watson was dead before crash

A private pathologist has found that Gavin Watson was already dead before he crashed his car in Johannesburg last month.

The former Bosasa CEO was found dead in a Toyota Corolla on 26 August after he crashed head-on into a pillar outside Oliver Tambo International Airport around 5am. There are still several unknowns in the case, such as what Watson was doing travelling to the airport with no luggage and why he was without his cellphone.

Now, The Citizen reports that the family hired a private investigator and forensic pathologist, who issued a report to the family saying that Watson had passed before the impact of the accident, ruling out suicide.

“We have five seconds of data from the vehicle before the accident, and we know the vehicle was travelling somewhere between 80-100km/h for five seconds before the accident,” an anonymous family member confirmed with The Citizen.

Many secrets surrounding the corruption and state capture in South Africa were buried for good after the communist-minded Gavin Watson died when he crashed into a concrete pillar with a Toyota car on Monday morning.

There are suspicions that Watson wanted to evade Tuesday’s testimony before the Zondo commission and flee the country, especially considering the numerous bribes he was dealing with.

Observers later said Watson’s death would suit a lot of corrupt people like a glove, and their scandalous actions can now be easily refuted.

The possibility that Watson committed suicide is considered the sole cause of the accident in some circles, and the allegation that he did not have the expertise to drive a gearshift car because he was only driving cars with automatic gears, is rejected.

“Untouchable” BOSASA CEO dies in car crash – case of culpable homicide has been opened

CEO of controversial company Bosasa, now African Global Operations, Gavin Watson (73) died on Monday in a car crash. The crash happened close to OR Tambo International Airport.

While the police have not released the identity of the man as they are waiting to notify his next of kin, Eyewitness News has learnt that it is Watson.

“The man was driving into the airport precinct, when he allegedly lost control of his vehicle and collided with a concrete pillar holding up a highway bridge. The victim was certified dead on the scene by paramedics and a case of culpable homicide has been opened for investigation,” the police said through a statement on Monday.

Watson and some top managers at his company – including former COO Angelo Agrizzi – were also implicated as having given government officials money and other lavish gifts in exchange for favours.

We just do not know where to begin on this one. The state capture inquiry is most definitely doing its job, as bombshell testimony became a weekly fixture before Christmas. This was the commission’s first day back, and honestly, it was a thriller. Former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi has been spilling tea like no-one’s business.
