Full Affidavit Below So You Can Decide: It is well known that huge amounts of money was procured and spent to get Cyril Ramaphosa to narrowly beat NDZ in the 2017 ANC leadership election. What makes these latest allegations crucial, is the Judge who presided over the BOSASA corruption case, Raymond Zondo, is the alleged recipient of 5 Million in cash. The Hawks have confirmed that they are investigating four cases related to the affidavit by missing ANC campaigner Phadima Fukula, alleging corruption involving Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 election campaign, Judge Raymond Zondo, Gwede Mantashe, EC Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane and Blade Nzimande. 

The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks) announced that it is investigating four cases related to corruption allegations made by ANC whistleblower Phadima Fukula, on Tuesday, 4 May. One of the cases was opened in Gauteng and the remaining three in the Eastern Cape.

Hawks Finally Confirm Report Implicating SAPS Members in Stock Theft Syndicate Linked to Brendin Horner’s Murder!

The Hawks have confirmed that they are in possession of the detailed report implicating Paul Roux police in a local stock theft syndicate, responsible for the barbaric murder (assassination?) of Brendin Horner. Had Hawks acted timeously Brendin would still be alive and the whole Senekal court debacle with farmers protesting would never have happened! 

The Hawks have now admitted that a detailed report about police involvement in a stock theft syndicate operating in the Paul Roux area, the same syndicate responsible for the murder of Brendin Horner.

Mr Herkie Viljoen, the safety co-ordinator of the Bethlehem district agricultural association, challenged the Hawks and Police on 6 October – the day when the 2 accused in the Horner murder first appeared in court –  to say what they did with the report which he said he provided to a Lt Colonel of the Hawks in 2 parts a full year ago.

Was Slain Brendin Horner Silenced By Corrupt SAPS Stock Theft Syndicate Unit? Why Are SAPS, ANC & MSM Demonising Upset Farmers?

Senekal farmers were incensed after they were informed that police corruption is what killed farm manager Brendin Horner! This is why they stormed the court! The Hawks are in possession of a detailed report about Paul Roux police involvement in local stock theft syndicate, responsible for the barbaric murder (assassination?) of Brendin Horner. Had Hawks acted timeously Brendin would still be alive and the whole Senekal court debacle with farmers would never have happened!

Farmers in the East Free State say the brutal murder of the 21 year old Brendin Horner would not have taken place if the Hawks acted on a detailed report containing the names of a local stock theft syndicate, submitted to a lieutenant colonel of the Hawks working at Hawks HQ.

Anyone know how an all expenses trip to the Durban July for Councillors helps local residents in Potchefstroom and Ventersdorp? Chris Hattingh of the  DA says the combined municipality for Potchefstroom and Ventersdorp (called JB Marks) is run like an organized crime syndicate and available facts prove it.

Of course stealing and plundering is just #TheAfricanWay and wherever things are run hy a black majority, there will be stealing and plundering. It’s their culture as both Zuma and Mbeki admitted. Even in Tshwane, which is being run further into the ground by the black dominated DA in Tshwane, there is stealing, looting and incompetence.

Zandile Gumede raid: Here’s the insane fleet of luxury cars seized at the residence of former mayor of eThekwini

Even in her darkest hour, Zandile Gumede has remained defiant in the face of mounting pressure. The former mayor of eThekwini had a dig at the Hawks investigative unit on Thursday when they turned up at the wrong house to seize assets belonging to her, and 15 of her co-accused.

Gumede has orchestrated one hell of a tender fraud scheme, estimated to have been worth R200 million. The contract her council and Durban Solid Waste negotiated flouted strict rules and regulations, allowing the controversial public figure and her cronies to loot the local coffers.

Hawks are investigating fraud of more than R150 million at Sedibeng Municipality

A senior investigation team is investigating fraud, corruption and maladministration where there are alleged contracts involved in the Sedibeng municipality.

Sedibeng is in Vereeniging and the municipality’s operations are now being investigated for alleged fraud of more than R150 million.

Godfrey Lebeya from the Hawks unit has appointed senior investigators to investigate the alleged fraud brought to the attention of a Falcon by a group of more than 600 people.

The march in Pretoria appears to have served as a trigger for the Hawks to take action, but experts believe the investigation could take months and concerns about the possibility of prosecution.

Theft of famous Pierneef painting was allegedly committed to destroy the valuables of the Afrikaner culture

Last year, it became known that the ANC secretary general, Ace Magashule, was directly involved in the theft of a famous Pierneef painting.

The Hawks apparently completed their investigation into the alleged incident involving the painting worth more than R8 million.

The matter is apparently now in the hands of the National Prosecuting Authority which must decide whether prosecution will be instituted.

In October last year, one Maverick raised alarm that Magashule is directly involved in the disappearance of the painting.

Informed sources claim that the painting was believed to be sold in Britain as part of the destruction of precious Afrikaner cultural heritage.

Whistle-blower Agrizzi arrested on corruption charges, but big fish like not Watson, Dudu Myeni, Nomvula Mokonyane, Gwede Mantashe are still as free as birds

Shortly after evidence were giving during the Bosasa debacle, the Hawks struck and arrested five people including Agrizzi and Van Tonder who acts as witnesses for Watson’s large-scale fraud and bribery actions.

The question now arises why Watson, Dudu Myeni, Nomvula Mokonyane, Gwede Mantashe and the rest of the crooks were not arrested? It is after all they who provided and received the money for the millions of contracts. Is there a snake in the grass somewhere here?

Is R500,000 enough to buy immunity from prosecution? Brigadier Mulaudzi of the Hawks denies any political fuss and there would be evidence that politicians were involved in illegal activities there against them. Observers point out that the investigation into Bosasa was already completed in 2009 and the fact that the Hawks are only now showing irregularities in the legal process.

Hunt for missing US millions donated from the US intended for nonprofit organisations fighting the spread of transmissible diseases,leads Hawks to former union CEO in SA

Colleen Khumalo, the former CEO of the worker health programme at the South African Clothing and Textile Workers’ Union (SACTWU), has appeared in court on charges of fraud involving R50m.

Khumalo’s arrest and subsequent appearance in the Cape Town Regional Court on Thursday stems from an investigation by the Hawks into allegations of misappropriated funds donated from the US intended for nonprofit organisations fighting the spread of transmissible diseases.

“The initial investigations connected Zimbabwe-born US citizen, virologist and South African branch chief at the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr Alfred Bere, to the mismanagement of donor funding for SACTWU’s Worker Health Programme,” said a statement on Friday by Hawks spokesman Captain Philani Nkwalase.

Bere was arrested at the Beitbridge border post while on his way to Zimbabwe on August 24 last year after a warrant for his arrest was issued.
