After obtaining a degree in Drama at the Tshwane University of Technology, Sean started a career as an actor, appearing in numerous award-winning stage-productions, films and television series.

In 2005 he started his own record label, Mozi Records, where he produced the multi-platinum-selling artists, Bok van Blerk and Lianie May. These artists’ sensational achievements include the South African Music Award for Top Selling Artist in 2009 to Lianie May and the same award in 2010, to Bok van Blerk. As songwriter, Sean partnered on numerous hit songs, including: “De La Rey”, “Ons Vir Jou Suid-Afrika”, “Tyd Om Te Trek” and “Die Kaplyn”. Music videos for these songs have also won Sean numerous “Music Video of the Year” awards.

Vyf van Suid-Afrika se grootste name in die Afrikaanse musiekbedryf het saamgewerk aan ’n splinternuwe liedjie, Die Land, wat Suid-Afrikaners se harte trots gaan laat klop oor dié land – maar ook gaan los met ’n paar intense vrae.

Steve Hofmeyr, Bobby van Jaarsveld, Jay du Plessis, Bok van Blerk, en Ruhan du Toit van die bekroonde duo Touch of Class, se enkelsnit, Die Land, is pas vrygestel en gaan selfondersoek by elke Suid-Afrikaner bring oor wat ons vir ons nageslag gaan nalaat.

Ondanks die onsekerheid wat talle Suid-Afrikaners ervaar is dit bykans of hierdie lied inwoners wil smeek om in die land te bly en daarin te belê – soos God se doel was met elke persoon wat Suid-Afrika sy tuiste noem. Met diep lirieke vanuit die pen van die bekroonde liedjieskrywer Johan Oberholzer, bring die lied ’n gevoel van trots oor dit wat aan ons toevertrou is.

Samantha Leonard stel haar eerste Afrikaanse snit bekendgestel

“’n Duisend Keuses is ’n baie persoonlike liedjie, wat my herinner waarom ek verlief geraak het op sing en hoe dit my inspireer en laat voel; en dat ek nie musiek gekies het nie, maar dat dit my gekies het.

Dis wie ek is, dis in my bloed, en dis die enigste ding wat my motiveer om nooit op te gee wanneer dit by my drome kom nie. Dit is vir my ’n voorreg om my storie, deur middel van musiek, met die wêreld te deel,” verklap Samantha Leonard oor haar eerste enkelsnit wat pas vrygestel is.

Dié Afrikaanse popsnit, uit die sangeres se eie pen en hart en vervaardig deur Hugo Ludik en Vaughan Gardener van Muse Studio’s, vertel die storie van haar loopbaanreis sover en van die keuses wat sy moes maak om tot op hierdie punt te kom. Haar uitsonderlike sterk stem is die perfekte pasmaat vir die eerlike lirieke en meesleurende wysie van die liedjie, wat in jou kop bly maal lank nadat jy dit vir die eerste keer gehoor het.

An experienced singer of Classical and Popular songs, the ever friendly Manuel Escórcio is well known as the man with the golden voice. It was as a Opera singer that he charmed audiences and grabbed the attention of these audiences but he gained more popularity with his popular music and charismatic stage presence.

Manuel is blessed with a clear and lyrical voice which he views as a gift from God.
