The Department of Correctional Services have freed Jacob Zuma after receiving the medical report, but have not provided further details of the report. The prisons service placed former President Jacob Zuma on medical parole, less than two months into his 15 month sentence for contempt of court.

Under the terms of his medical release, “must comply with a specific set of conditions and will be subjected to supervision until his sentence expires,” the statement read.

Another White Man Killed Just for Gadgets! Are Cellphones and TV’s Just Tokens Taken To Pretend The Motive For #WhiteGenocide is Robbery?

#WhiteLivesDoNotMatter Why would someone who has gone through the effort of breaking though a window at 4 o’clock in the morning, and murdering someone, just walk away with a cellphone or TV, especially if they already had a cellphone which they used as a torch to blind their victim? In yet another example, we see a defenseless elderly white man murdered on his smallholding in Roodeplaat, Pretoria, just for a TV and 2 cellphones.

There have been far too many cases where white people are casually murdered by black guys, during crimes that would otherwise be classed as misdemeanors, and sometimes not even worth reporting in SA, with its inept corrupt police force anyway. Why risk it? The punishment for farm murders must be very small if mere gadgets are worth risking the punishment for, or otherwise they are receiving an alternative reward from elsewhere? More than 14,000 convicts will be free as birds after Ramaphosa approved amnesty and pardon

President Cyril Ramaphosa has approved the release of 14,647 offenders on pardons and remissions to mark Reconciliation Day.

On Monday, Ramaphosa granted a special remission of sentence to specific categories of sentenced offenders, probationers and parolees.

“Remissions of sentences are always carefully considered, taking into account the interests of the public and the administration of justice. We recognise that incarceration has followed a judicial process and that sentences have been duly imposed after conviction,” the president said.

Justice Minister Ronald Lamola said the process would start immediately and may take up to nine months.

The pardons will not include offenders sentenced for sexual offences, murder and attempted murder, armed robbery, mentally-ill sedition, high treason, sabotage and terrorism.

Janus Walus killer of communist Chris Hani – Supreme Court rules that the minister must decide on his fate

Northern Gauteng High Court on Thursday ruled that new Justice Minister Ronald Lamola should decide whether or not to release Janus Walus, who killed communist Chris Hani, on parole.

Walus asked the court to reverse former Justice and Correctional Services Minister Michael Masutha’s decision to release him on parole and deport him to Poland, his native country. Walus’s legal team argues that Masutha’s decision to refuse parole was unfair and irrational.

Walus has been serving more than 25 years in prison for the murder of Hani, former leader of the South African Communist Party.

The court reversed Masutha’s decision to deny Walus parole, but referred the case back to new Justice Minister Ronald Lamola. They now have 60 days to rethink the matter. “Although Walus is eligible for parole, it is not a given that he should be released,” Judge Jody Kollapen said in his ruling. SA Justice is a big farce: The parole of Janusz Walus’s was once again disapproved – Yet other offenders of similar sins are released after their first application for parole – This is totally absurd, they are exploiting the situation for political reasons

Janusz Walus’s application for parole was once again rejected by the Minister of Justice, Michael Masutha.

Walus has to apply for parole again in six months, and it seems like it will probably be rejected again.

Experts point out that the action with his parole applications is playing out in the same horrific way in which the late Clive Derby-Lewis was treated.

In the meantime, other offenders of a similar nature, whose first application for parole was approved, and that the relatives of the murderer were not known in the decision made, were heard are as free as birds.  However, the same fate could not be said of Walus.
