As South Africa enters the top 20 in countries affected by the CCPvirus, panic seems to have spread in the Ramaphosa cabinet where serious differences have developed among members of the Cabinet, with regards to the handling of the pandemic response. This is further compounded by their lack of experience, knowledge and respect for procedural and constitutional regulations, resulting in 116 cases where the ANC government has been taken or threatened with court! The Covid-19 pandemic does not accept lies and sweeping mistakes under the “racism” carpet, which ANC normally gets away with.

The ANC released its racial classification guidelines for aid to small business under the CoronaVirus economic lockdown, after calling it fake news that only black small businesses will be assisted. The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) is considering legal action and has decided to withdraw from any further engagements with a militant group of foreign illegal migrants, who are literally turning Cape Town’s CBD into a sh*thole, on unrealistic dreams of being sent to Canada!
A previous application was heard earlier this week in the High Court to stop the foreigners from littering, making fires on the pavement, urinating and defecating in public! A ruling is due on the 17th of next month.

Julius Malema’s ‘dead white man’ tweet is hate speech, says SAHRC

Julius Malema’s comments on Twitter will be referred to the equality court and the SAHRC will also investigate the EFF’s ban on media organisations amaBhungane and the Daily Maverick from their events.

The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) on Tuesday condemned recent comments attributed to EFF leader Julius Malema — at least at first sight — as amounting to hate speech.

They were referring to a video shared on his Twitter feed in which he paid tribute to the late former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe.

The tweet, published on September 14 with the words “Rest in power #GUSHUNGO” featured a video with quotes by Mugabe. “The only white man you can trust is a dead white man,” read one of the quotes alongside a picture of Mugabe.

Malema later shared a message, accompanied by the words “Stratcom #GUSHUNGO”, from Twitter, saying it had “investigated the reported content and could not identify any violations of the Twitter Rules”

Over 250,000 Undocumented Pupils In Gauteng Schools – most of them migrants from neighbouring countries

JOHANNESBURG – Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi on Wednesday said provincial schools were catering for more than 250,000 undocumented pupils.

Lesufi made the comment as he delivered his submissions before the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) inquiry looking into service delivery problems in Alexandra.

The hearing was launched following protests over a lack of services in the township.

The investigation was testing a range of matters including the root causes of the Alex shut down earlier this year and possible maladministration in the controversial multimillion-rand Alex Renewal Project.

In his oral submission, Lesufi revealed how the admissions of non-documented learners affected his department’s budget.

“It’s R18,000 per learner, that is the amount that we spend. So, if you check 250,000 [learners] and times that by R18,000, that is the amount of money that we are losing,” he said.

Disgusting is not a proper word! BLF Leader, Andile, Celebrates The Farm Murder Of 2 Elderly Couple Shot While Sleeping

In a shocking tweet posted on Friday the 14th of December 2018, the national spokesperson for Black First Land First, Lindsay Maasdorp, celebrated the brutal murder of an elderly couple, who was shot and killed whilst sleeping in their beds, on their farm in the Western Cape.

This comes after Black First Land First leader, Andile Mngxitama, last week said that for every one black person killed they would kill five white people, including women and children.

Two elderly victims, male and female, were both shot dead in their bed whilst sleeping according to Ian Cameron of Afriforum.

The SAHRC, as well as many civil rights organisations and political parties, indicated that they would lay charges against BLF and take the matter further legally.

Lobby group AfriForum recently reported that 22 farm attacks have been reported in the Western Cape since the start of this year.

The Black First Land First (BLF) movement claims it has no money to pay legal costs as cases pile up, well, it’s easy, shut your mouth then

The group was in the Equality Court on Tuesday in the matter between itself and a complainant represented by the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC).

The Black First Land First (BLF) movement says it has no money for legal representation in its court battles.

The group was in the Equality Court on Tuesday in the matter between itself and a complainant represented by the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC).

The complainant has accused the BLF of using hate speech.

The BLF says that groups and people who have taken them to court over various incidents are opportunistic as they know that they cannot afford legal representation.

Deputy president Zanele Lwana explains: “It is a lot of money to pay for legal representation in this country. We already have an overwhelming amount of legal costs from racists, including AfriForum, who want to see our movement destroyed and punished through legal costs.”

Less than 2000 state ambulances nationally may be on the road

The national health department says it is against outsourcing emergency services. But with a grave shortage of ambulances, it may have no choice.
Just 1971 state ambulance vehicles are on the road nationally, a Bhekisisa survey reveals.

Health department guidelines say there should be at least 5 700 ambulances in operation — or one for every 10 000 people, according to standards quoted in the KwaZulu-Natal health department 2017 annual report. But with less than 2 000 actually functioning, there are only enough state emergency vehicles to cater for about a third of the population, data from provinces show.

A May audit of provincial health departments by the Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) found shortages of ambulances and emergency medical services (EMS) personnel in several provinces.
