Sovereign External Debt is owed to Globalist Banksters no matter who governs the country or who the citizens are! You great grandchildren will still be paying it off and if it does not get paid they can seize South African assets. That was in fact what France was doing to Germany, taking pieces of territory in return for unpaid sovereign debt, when WWII started.
