Skill, knowledge, competence, reliability, and realistic remuneration have won over the ideology of black favoritism at the expense of the entire country and its inhabitants.
The trade union Numsa has now, after 25 years of other thinking, called on the regime to put together a team of experts in collaboration with the unions to save Eskom from ruin.
The experts, comprising a list of some 350 engineers, must be brought back to support the new leader in the Eskom network.
Numsa says the power provider does not have the human resources to do the necessary maintenance at the power stations.
Observers and expert engineers say it is striking that Numsa is suddenly taking a turn around over the expertise to be brought back, while screaming for 25 years against the whites employed.
