Land claims, whether legitimate, fraudulent or opportunistic, can cripple farms, businesses and the families that depend on them. Thousands of land transactions, financing applications and plans to develop or expand have been scuttled by land claims, and this has cost South Africa incalculably in terms of jobs and rural development. That is why the family farmer network, the Southern African Agri Initiative (SAAI), decided to publish the largest digital land claims database online

Young South African Jailed for Life in Thailand after Signing for Parcel Containing Drugs, Addressed to her Employer!
Family, friends and an ever increasing group of concerned supporters, of Ashley Oosthuizen (22), an innocent South African who was imprisoned for life in a Thai jail two years ago, are appealing to the ANC government in SA to pay urgent attention to her case. Oosthuizen’s family also fear that they will now rarely be able to contact her, after she was recently moved to a new prison. Her parents have apparently last spoken with her in December last year.
Oosthuizen was arrested on October 8, 2020 on drug-related charges after receiving and signing for a parcel at her workplace, which was not addressed to Oosthuizen, but to the former owner of the “Hot in the Biscuit” restaurant in Koh Samui where she was employed as a driver. The restaurant had at the time of the incident belonged to her then boyfriend, who was known as Triss Nepps (Tristan Nettles) on social media.
Oosthuizen was arrested at the scene, convicted on charges of international drug trafficking and th

Has Corporate SA Been Infected by ANC Corruption, Greed & Negligence? Dimension Data NTT Case Study
The Untouchables in a Gangster’s Paradise? Is it reasonable or ethical to make use of companies that do not consider themselves to be held accountable, for their actions in any private or public enterprise? While Big Tech has become seemingly untouchable, even from the US Supreme Court or Whitehouse, the same culture of supremacy, greed, lack of accountability, lack of transparency, and lack of responsibility seems to have created and sustained an environment in South Africa where IT negligence is acceptable, and lack of accountability is the norm, even when it comes to government institutions, contracts and tenders.
Just a few of the institutions in South Africa that have had their systems breached just over the last few weeks include: Transnet, Department of Justice, SA Space Agency, African Bank to name but a few, so the situation in South Africa has really gotten serious, yet no one is talking about it, especially not the so called IT Tech Media who are

Racist NPA! Black Taxi Driver who Killed White Father & Son NOT Charged yet Whites are Charged Without Bail for far Less!
Double standards at the NPA are institutional as it is not even in dispute anymore that the NPA, with their 90% or more black staff, discriminates on the basis of race when it comes to prosecutorial decisions, and other responsibilities like the granting of bail etc. We have now seen multiple times that the NPA jumped at the chance to charge a white person, deny bail and throw the whole prosecutorial book at them, whether they are guilty of any crime or not. However, a black taxi driver who shot and killed a white father and son in a traffic argument, was not even prosecuted, even whilst several innocent farmers are being held without bail.
The taxi driver who shot and killed Andre Duvenhage (52) and his son Danie at the Viva N1 petrol station in Bandelierkop, Limpopo on 28 May 2021 is scot-free after the NPA decided not to charge him with any crime.
The shooting happened after Danie and Andre went to the Engen petrol station to confront the taxi driver because o

Cheap Black Labour & Friends are Dangerous! White Employee Killed by Black Worker & Friend after Birthday Braai!
The snake in the grass: Once again we are reminded that multiculturalism has failed all over the world, with the news that a black worker, who was apparently so trusted by his white employer, that he regularly invited him for a braai, has just been convicted of the murder of the doctor, who was also a husband, father, brother and grandfather. Should whites be reminded of how the ANC revolution’s ‘necklacing‘ worked, where moderate blacks were radicalized against whites? It only takes one threat to turn your black worker or friend into your enemy. As with Muslims where the revolutionary radicals hide among the moderates, like a snake in the grass, so too with black revolutionary radicals who mingle between our black workers and “friends”.
Dr Herman Scholtz (59), trusted his black worker so much that they regularly watched rugby together. He also regularly had Ashley Mazibuko look after his home when he went to visit clinics. Dr. Scholtz invited Mazi

SA’s Deputy Chief Justice Zondo Admits he Made a Mistake – Requests ANOTHER Extension for the Investigation into State Capture!
Although Tito Mboweni promised that there was no more money to fund the State Capture Inquiry, the Zondo Commission has still requested a fifth postponement. Not that anyone is surprised that the state capture inquiry is seeking a further extension, this time until December (after the elections), but that the country’s Deputy Chief Justice can make such a large miscalculation, repeatedly, is a major concern, or is it just that they simply have not earned enough money and want to buy Christmas presents? Maybe time he retired?
The Zondo commission has already cost the taxpayer R1 Billion – including the payment of excessive fees to evidence leaders and investigators, and other administrative costs. Another extension of the deadline for submitting the report was requested by the State Creation Commission to submit its final report. Continue reading…

South Africans don’t fall for Ramaphosa’s Act – 82% say Corruption is Same or Worse Under Cyril!
Two-thirds of South Africans believe that corruption has increased in the past year, and half (49%) believe that it has “increased a lot.” Furthermore, a survey shows that people not only think that corruption has gotten worse under Ramaphosa, but also recognize that a large part of the elected officials and civil servants, who should be fighting corruption, are involved in corrupt activities themselves.
Perceptions of systemic corruption in South Africa have dominated public debates for two decades since the ANC was given a working first world country. In its many forms, corruption undermines the efficiency of the state, impairs the quality of public services, and ultimately destroys public trust. In South Africa, former president Jacob Zuma and some of his allies were accused of state capture, using the state for personal gain, destroying state institutions and government departments.

Farm Attack: Three Armed Farm Attackers Rob 9 Guests on Farm Near Hermanus in the Western Cape!
The once tranquil Western Cape is becoming increasingly dangerous and on the evening of 10 September, there was a farm attack between Stanford and Hermanus.
The attack took place around 20h30 when 3 armed attackers attacked 9 guests on the farm. The attackers looted the premises after putting the guests out of action, by tying them all up. Afterwards, they helped themselves to food and alcohol while robbing the guests.

Shockingly, the attackers then ordered the guests to stand in a line, as if they were going to be shot. The attackers took one of the men to the room, where they tried to strangle him with a rope, but luckily the rope broke and the man survived the incident.
The cowards then apparently

Did Tobacco Giant BAT Give Mugabe Up to $500,000 to Release Their Private Spies in 2012? – Leaked Documents
According to documents seen by the BBC program ‘Panorama‘, British American Tobacco’s (BAT) private spies were caught spying on Savanna Tobacco’s factory, in Zimbabwe in 2012. After paying for talks with high-ranking Zanu PF members, about a donation of up to half a million dollars, the 3 spies were released. BAT is the manufacturer of Lucky Strike cigarettes and is one of the largest companies in the UK, where the multinational tobacco monopoly is headquartered in London.
The investigation touched on the world of corporate competition, illegal espionage and bribery in Africa, or more specifically the tobacco industry. The focus of the investigation was BAT, which had been accused of bribery in various African states, and the private security firm called Forensic Security Services (FSS), which the company relied on for its business in South Africa.

SA Courts No Longer Secure! How Long Before SA Balkanizes and is Declared a Humanitarian Disaster?
It is already clear that SA’s law enforcers, the police, are not fit for purpose, but now the courts themselves are falling apart. Cybercriminals have infiltrated and paralysed the SA court’s network systems, raising fears that the banking details of people and businesses dealing with the courts have been compromised, and may be made public. There have also been widespread outages from many of the government’s websites, after underground internet cables were damaged on Friday. At the same time, the Potgietersrus Magistrate’s Court and detective branch have been without power for four days, after the Mogalakwena local municipality cut off the power due to non-payment.
The ransomware attack forced courts to use manual recording equipment so that cases could proceed as scheduled, and a handwritten process was also used to provide the families of deceased individuals with the necessary documentation, to conduct funerals. Meanwhile, all cases at the Potgiete
