Just mention “Apartheid” and white people go limp and start throwing free stuff at blacks. The ANC regime have become Billionaires off of this scam, which is why the ANC government in Pretoria has threatened to accuse wealthy nations of hoarding Covid jabs, and “vaccine apartheid,” if they don’t share Covid jabs. South Africa’s Cyril Ramaphosa has got the old well worn begging bowl out again, accompanied by all the well used, tried and tested rhetoric to extract more hand outs from the West. As a selling tool he raises the spectre of millions of people in poorer countries (to whom the West have given Billions for decades), which may die waiting to be inoculated against Covid-19, as rich countries inoculate their own people. He accused wealthy nations of “hoarding jabs” and reaffirmed his support for his global patent waiver on vaccines.
In this week’s newsletter, Cyril Ramaphosa, always on the lookout for bounty, and never shy to grab a hand out, jumped on the proposal to waive intellectual property rights to multinational corporations, for Covid-19 vaccines, claiming that vaccines should be “a global public good.” Greedy Cyril should know, as this “no patent free stuff” suggestion was originally made by South Africa and India at the World Trade Organization in October with predictable support from the usual outstretched palm developing nations. The Biden admin however only gave its backing last week, making it a talking point this week.
Ramaphosa said that more, (how many more billions does he want handed to him?) needed to be done in order to give people in poorer countries greater access to lifesaving Covid-19 jabs. “A situation in which the populations of advanced, rich countries are safely inoculated while millions in poorer countries die in the queue, would be tantamount to vaccine apartheid,” he stated.
However he, or the many with outstretched palms to the West, never discuss how the West has been pouring billions for decades into these “poorer” nations, to no avail, whilst these “poorer” nations continue to breed way beyond their means. Is it the West’s responsibility to save and feed whatever numbers they breed? Furthermore, the man in the street in SA has become much poorer under socialist ANC as the leaders have plundered themselves into Billionaire status for over two decades now. Who cares how many more mouths are bred to feed?
While the European Council chief warned that a Covid-19 vaccine patent waiver was “not a magic bullet,” Ramaphosa knows that apartheid extortion is a magic bullet for hand outs! He described the proposal to waive intellectual property rights for Covid-19 vaccines as “affirming our commitment to the advancement of equality and human rights, not just in our own country but around the world.” That sentence should loosen a few wallets as it has in the past…
The EU has also talked of its willingness to discuss the proposal, but European Council President Charles Michel said the patent waiver is “not a magic bullet.” Ramaphosa and ANC cadres however only care about the magic bullet they were given by globalists and communists nearly 3 decades ago: beating the dead apartheid donkey to hide corruption and maximise bounty…
