Full Affidavit Below So You Can Decide: It is well known that huge amounts of money was procured and spent to get Cyril Ramaphosa to narrowly beat NDZ in the 2017 ANC leadership election. What makes these latest allegations crucial, is the Judge who presided over the BOSASA corruption case, Raymond Zondo, is the alleged recipient of 5 Million in cash. The Hawks have confirmed that they are investigating four cases related to the affidavit by missing ANC campaigner Phadima Fukula, alleging corruption involving Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 election campaign, Judge Raymond Zondo, Gwede Mantashe, EC Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane and Blade Nzimande. 

The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks) announced that it is investigating four cases related to corruption allegations made by ANC whistleblower Phadima Fukula, on Tuesday, 4 May. One of the cases was opened in Gauteng and the remaining three in the Eastern Cape.

When Corruption Becomes Deadly! PRASA Heading For A Train Crash With No Brake Sets in Stock! South Africa Being Turned into a Train Wreck!

#TheAfricanWay at PRASA – Are you sure you want to get on that train? Management at PRASA have looted all the money, even for train brakes, now they are scratching around in old drums looking for old second hand parts to use!

An official inspection by the the Rail Safety Regulator (RSR) at the Braamfontein maintenance premises of PRASA, has found that they don’t have a single train brake set in stock, and can’t replace worn brake parts on PRASA trains. This finding by the Rail Safety Regulator has been officially communicated to Prasa in a letter addressed to them on 22 January.

PRASA has been ordered to provide the RSR with proof that it intends to solve the shortage of brake block sets and Prasa has also been ordered to provide assurances and proof that all brake block sets on trains are in a safe serviceable order. Communist Blade Nzimande return to ANC and NEC

Shortly before the Communist Party would get rid of Blade Nzimande, the top structure of the ANC gave him a position on their National Executive Committee.

The SACP has been critical of the ANC because of its lack of representation in the party structure since 2017.

The sudden change and a reluctance to support the SACP due to the threat that the union wants to run the next local election under its own banner as a party.

The threat to withdraw support from the ANC had already emerged before the previous general election, and the fear exists in ANC ranks that trade unions could stand together in a new party that could become the new governors.

Nzimande will not allow Afrikaans-based occupational training college, Sol-Tech to operate if it excludes certain groups

Higher education minister Blade Nzimande says he will not allow a proposed Afrikaans college to operate if it contravenes the bill of rights by excluding certain groups based on race or culture.

Nzimande was speaking in Durban on Monday regarding the construction of an Afrikaans-based occupational training college, Sol-Tech, in Centurion, Pretoria.

Construction has already begun on the college, which is being spearheaded by trade union Solidarity.
Nzimande said the constitution is clear in that there is nothing wrong with private companies or entities establishing higher education institutions – but should any institution go against the bill of rights, he would not sign off on it.

“As you might be aware, there are media reports that Solidarity aims to build a R300m private Afrikaans university in Centurion. As a department, we have not received any application for any such institution,” he said.
