The chairman of the Boer-Afrikaner People’s Council and leader of the HNP, Mr Andries Breytenbach, said in a document to the Parliamentary ad hoc committee involved in amending Article 25 of the South African constitution, in order to expropriate the Citizens’ property, without compensation, said that the expropriation of property without compensation to be a criminal act of theft.
Mr Breytenbach wrote in a sharply worded submission to the Parliamentary Committee that the amendment of Article 25 is immoral, illegitimate and the abuse of power. He says in his submission that the proposed legislation amending Article 25 of the current constitution and any attempt to “legalize” expropriation without compensation, is rejected in its entirety.
The Afrikaner Boer people will not recognize such legislation as legitimate legislation and will, by the any means at their disposal, oppose and defend the theft of their property, and will not acknowledge the ownership or right
