DA says away with controversial PP while EFF and Zuma faction stand firmly behind Mkhwebane

The leftist DA’s efforts to fire the Public Protector continue, but the Red Brigade is apparently trying to do everything possible to prevent her from losing her post.

Busisiwe Mkhwebane faces many problems, and now the portfolio committee reflecting on her has succeeded in referring the matter to the Speaker of Parliament.

The Red Brigade and the ANC’s Zuma faction are firmly behind Mkhwebane, but the other opposition parties in parliament have been demanding her resignation for some time.

In the midst of many court cases in which the PP has failed, the main reason is that opposition parties believe that she is not up to the task of the Public Protector.

Constitutional Court says the Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane is incompetent for her post after she lied under oath

The Legal Practice Board was requested by Accountability Now (AN), a non-profit organization, to remove the name of the Public Protector (PP), Busisiwe Mkhwebane, from the advocates.

It follows the Constitutional Court’s ruling that she had acted and lied under oath. Adv Paul Hoffman, a director at AN, said in a letter to the Legal Practice Council that the findings against the PP are serious and final and that her honesty, integrity and competency as PP is affected.

Dr Pieter Groenewald, leader of the FF Plus says that the ruling and findings of the Constitutional Court this morning against the Public Protector (PP), Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane, who has, among other things, exceeded her mandate, is damning and in fact she says she is incompetent for office as South Africa’s EM.

Controversial Public Protector is getting help from supporters by means of a campaign to help her pay legal cost mounting to R900 000 – Maybe Zuma radicals are giving her a life Liné?

Busisiwe Mkhwebane, the controversial Public Protector appointed by Jacob Zuma, is now getting help from a specific group of supporters for her legal costs.

Busisiwe Mkhwebane faces a debt burden of R900,000 for court costs she must pay herself, and apparently offered to pay R100 a month on it.

In the meantime, supporters have started a campaign to redeem the huge amount, and donations ranging from R5 to R500 have already been received from a total of R90,000.

This is only 10% of what must be paid, and the recovery campaign is expected to take a long time to fully recover the amount.

Public Protector received money from Guptas, but denied that she was corrupt

The Public Protector has denied allegations that she is corrupt and has received money from the Guptas in the past.

Busisiwe Mkhwebane is accused of receiving about R5,000 from the Guptas two years before her appointment as OB.

It is not mentioned whether she received the amount monthly, but it is suspected that she may have received it more than once.

However, she said they should take all her bank statements from the FNB and prove that she got money from the Guptas.

A non-profit foreign organization made the allegations, but besides it further adversely affects her chances of being in the post, it has international consequences for South Africa.
