Swindled Ratepayers Spend Half a Million a Month For 6 Klerksdorp Municipal Councilors, to Live Permanently in Guesthouse After Their Houses Were Burnt Down for Non-Delivery!

Minority forced to pay for those the majority elects! It is well known that municipal councilors in South Africa are earning an unrealistic monthly salary, plus perks and a pension plan to boot, even though their job is only part time! Despite their own incompetence in completing simple insurance forms, (or was it deliberate?), after protesters burnt down their houses for non delivery, which makes it all the more shocking, that the small Klerksdorp municipality (Matlosana Municipality), has now spent R3,3 Million since September 2019, to house 6 municipal councilors and their extended families in a guesthouse in Stilfontein!

#CoronoVirus Officially in Africa As Nigeria & Algeria Confirm Cases While South Africa Plans Return of 132 Students From Wuhan in Hubei Province, China!

Most would agree that it is almost certain the #CoronaVirus is already in Africa, as the ability is just not there to detect it, but now Algeria and Nigeria have officially confirmed cases of infection. There are 199 South African citizens, mostly students, in Wuhan City and 132 of them have asked to be repatriated back to SA. As they’ve been living under lockdown conditions since the outbreak of the coronavirus a few weeks back, Ramaphosa can rest easy that it is a fairly safe endeavor for his troubled reputation. Dr. Anban Pillay – Director General at the Department of Health stated 3 weeks ago that if anyone was infected they would not be repatriated.

Yet Another White Life Taken Just For a Phone as 70 Year Old Charles van Heerden Shot by Four Black Males in Moseley, Durban!

The plunder and fatal fleecing continues as another life is taken for a phone – Charles van Heerden (70) who was wounded in a house robbery in Durban on Tuesday, has died from his wounds. One 70 year old man versus FOUR armed cowardly black males…

Charles van Heerden (70) was shot in his lower body and his loyal dog Hunter was also shot when 4 black male killers entered his house in Moseley, Durban through the front door on Tuesday evening. Mr Van Heerden’s dog Hunter tried to protect his owner and attacked the intruders but was then shot by the intruders.

Van Heerden’s wife Hettie was present in the house at the time but thankfully not injured. Van Heerden was admitted in a local hospital and his dog in a local veterinary hospital. It was reported that Mr Van Heerden passed away on Friday 31 January 2020 due to complications stemming from the gunshot wound to his abdomen.

No arrest have been made and sadly it is just another case of a life taken for a phone

Over 85,000 People Sign Petition To Remove Lana Marks, Trump’s US Ambassador To South Africa, For Misrepresenting SA To The World!

It appears Trump’s new US Ambassador in Pretoria, Lana Marks, is very unpopular on both sides of the aisle. Not only have there been protests outside the US Embassy by ANC, EFF and other supporters, who support Palestine, with chants of “One American, One Bullet“, but now a petition, which was started only a week ago, has already amassed more than 85,000 signatures! The petition however is from people who would traditionally support Trump!

The petition demands the removal of the United States Ambassador to South Africa, Lana Marks. It says she is consistently misrepresenting the state of South Africa to the rest of the world. She is not reporting factual information. She recently referred to South Africa as “Vibrant Democracy”. Nothing can be further from the truth!

University students’ studies are hampered by members of the “Fees must fall” movement

The North-West University’s Mafeking campus has been closed since Monday due to student riots fueled by the student union.

A spokesperson for NWU, Louis Jacobs, confirmed that students were ordered to leave campus until further notice.

Those who are serious about their studies are harmed by the union that makes the incitement to make the riots violent.

Similar riots have been occurring at the Natal University of Westville campus since Tuesday, and once again it is the student union that harms the students for not doing their studies.

Union-backed students arrived on campus on Wednesday, armed with homemade gasoline bombs and other weapons, and began to pose a threat to staff and students who wanted to attend classes.

Apparently, the short-sighted “Fees must fall” movement started the uprising, knowing that hundreds of students are only arriving at university for the purpose of disruption.

Ramaphosa hides serious problems in SA, including farm murders, at the Africa Conference

The ANC’s president, Cyril Ramaphosa, in his speech at an African Conference, used the opportunity to hide his country’s serious problems by emphasizing the importance of unity among the 55 member states of the African Union.

He pointed out the pillars of the AU and said economic integration, women’s empowerment, and good governance are the three priorities that South Africa must advance while chairing this year.

The meeting in the building of the Department of International Relations is only a taste of the planned meeting of heads of state to be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on February 8 and 9 this year.

The last time South Africa had the chair was in 2002 and now, 18 years later, the country has been re-elected to take the lead.

To date, the 55 member states of the AU have not been able to do much to mitigate the 1.2 billion impoverished inhabitants of Africa’s plight.
