The recent farm attack at Karkloof farm at Verkykerskop in the Free State, which was thankfully unsuccessful, indicates farm workers are being radicalised, and then possibly offered a share of the loot in return for information on their employers, by foreign “mercenaries” from Zimbabwe and Mozambique? Another new aspect is the apparent suicide attempt by one of the farm workers, which is an Islamic terrorist trait? This all points to the troubling idea that farm attacks and murders are an organised terrorist and crime network, which seems to be anything but “normal crime”, but don’t hold your breadth that the authorities will even bother asking any serious questions, that take them too far away from he bowl of KFC and the comfy chair behind the desk!
