Tiaan Strauss was one of the best and toughest loose forwards to ever come out of South Africa. He played over a 150 games for Western Province and should have been part of South Africa’s Rugby World Cup squad in 1995. After being left out, he moved to Australia and later represented the Wallabies in the 1999 RWC.
He was know for his tough and uncompromising play and should have played 50 tests for South Africa…
