Geregistreerde Ondernemings Eerste – Kleinerige Ondernemings Moet aan Belasting Voldoen om by R2,3 Miljard Onluste Hulpfonds te Baat

Die nasionale tesourie het solank R2,3 Miljard bewillig om ondernemings te help wat geraak was deur die onlangse ANC geweld en plundering in KwaZulu-Natal en Gauteng, mits hulle geregistreer is en aan belasting vereistes voldoen.

Die planne is die week tydens ‘n inligtingsessie aangekondig deur Dondo Mogajane, direkteur van die nasionale tesourie, en sal altesaam R36,198 miljard se hulpfondse beskikbaar stel, om verskillende sektore wat deur Covid-19 geraak is en die onlangse onrus, te help.

Terwyl die afgelope week van geweld en plundering groothandelaars soos Makro en Pick n Pay aansienlike skade gely het, sal hulle herstel, maar kenners waarsku dat dit uiteindelik kleiner en mediumgrootte ondernemings sal wees wat waarskynlik nie weer hul deure in Suid-Afrika sal open nie. Die verhaal van Rodney van Rooyen van Pinetown, is ‘n blik op wat die doelstellings van die barbaarse strooptogte in KZN werklik was, en Rodney se verhaal is maar ‘n mikrokosmos van hierdie strooptogte deur swart massas wat biljoene en biljoene rande se skade veroorsaak het toe hulle Blanke en Indiër besighede geteiken het.

Swindled Ratepayers Spend Half a Million a Month For 6 Klerksdorp Municipal Councilors, to Live Permanently in Guesthouse After Their Houses Were Burnt Down for Non-Delivery!

Minority forced to pay for those the majority elects! It is well known that municipal councilors in South Africa are earning an unrealistic monthly salary, plus perks and a pension plan to boot, even though their job is only part time! Despite their own incompetence in completing simple insurance forms, (or was it deliberate?), after protesters burnt down their houses for non delivery, which makes it all the more shocking, that the small Klerksdorp municipality (Matlosana Municipality), has now spent R3,3 Million since September 2019, to house 6 municipal councilors and their extended families in a guesthouse in Stilfontein!

Corruption, laziness and looting seems to have become part and parcel of the position of Municipal councilor, they now only have to listen to complaints from the community, but not actually do anything about the complaints, and attend the occasional meeting, where most of them sit and eat buckets of KFC chicken, (definitely

ANC-regime needs to take notice – The cost of violent protests has spiked 100 fold in a decade

The number – and size – of insurance claims filed with state-owned political risk insurer Sasria (the South African Special Risks Insurance Association) show just how much violent protests are costing South Africa.

In 2007, after nearly four years of economic growth of over 5%, Sasria received 540 claims worth R14 million for damage as a result of violent protests. Most of those claims were related to labour action.

By 2018 the number of claims had spiked more than 10 times, to 5,543 claims. But the increase in the value of the claims was a hundredfold, to R1.4 billion. Most of those claims were related to service-delivery protests, pointing to a failure of local government.

Protests and road closures have become a daily occurrence across South Africa as marginalised communities take to the street in the belief that they only get noticed when causing damage to public and private property.
