Local KDM traffic officers in KZN are punch drunk on lockdown emergency powers and tried to arrest a minor (child) for being outside in the road, from within a private residence. The local community is upset at the alleged disregard for due process in handling the minor and the obvious trauma, plus not adhering to safety standards during lockdown. Be aware the footage may be disturbing to viewers.

However, while we law abiding citizens sit locked up at at home, the other part of the population are out and about, no cops or military to enforce the draconian lockdown rules, but if you are not black and you go near a beach and your ass is thrown into a cop van and you are given a hefty fine and court appearance. IT’S LATELY “SPEEDCOP BRUTALITY” AND NOT JUST POLICE BRUTALITY IN SA. THIS MATTER MUST BE ADDRESSED.

We all know that sometimes there are policemen who enforce brutality beyond limits, but if I have to face so much crime every day, especially at the rate of crime in South Africa, my fuse will also be short. Understandable, though not always acceptable when racially linked.

Nowadays, the citizens are often harassed and threatened by traffic men and women, who force their “newly discovered “power” on people. I know of a personal case of a woman who was so severely intimidated at Bethal 2 pm in a main street that she had nightmares for weeks afterwards, and she had done nothing wrong.

It is absolutely insane how the hell is loose these days are loose in the cities and on roads where they are hiding like hungry …….. around every corner to catch people for every little thing, to loot and humiliate them. It is no longer just one incident, those who managed to take videos are in the minority. THERE are HUNDREDS OF CITIZENS THAT JUST KEEP QUIET AND PAY A BRIBE TO GE

Corruption and bribery seems to be a general tendency in traffic department – Hawks arrest another bunch of corrupt traffic officials this time in the Cape Province

The Hawks arrested seven traffic officials for issuing drivers licenses for payment. A security guard and six female test officers will appear in court on complaints of fraud and corruption.

The violations at Khayalitsa have taken place since January 2015 and October 2018. It appears that these types of offenses are not eradicated, as licensing officers are shortly arrested for the same complaints.

The volunteer recently reported on the many North Transvaal workers arrested for the same crimes, and there seems to be a general tendency.
