Die potensiaal wat daardie aanleg darem gehad het…

En 137 jaar gelede is die Nieuwe Republiek in Suid-Afrika gestig. Die hoofstad was Vryheid.

Die Amerikaanse senator Rep Nicole Malliotakis, van New York, het die Biden-regering toegesnou vir hul reaksie, of die gebrek daaraan, op die voortslepende onrus in Kuba, terwyl sy ook Obama kritiseer het vir sy hulp aan die Kubaanse regime sonder om die Kubaanse mense te help. Klink soos wat die ANC doen.

Die senator, wat die dogter van ‘n Kubaanse immigrant is, is op Fox News deur Dana Perino ondervra, en het haar gevra of sy dink dat die Biden-regering genoeg gedoen het, omdat baie Republikeine verklarings uitgespreek het ter ondersteuning van die Kubaanse mense wat vryheid soek.

Widespread corruption and mismanagement are the order of the day at KZN municipality – Eskom debt amounts to nearly R50 million – Municipalities under the control of the ANC are folding, one after another

The ANC’s “policy” to make the country ungovernable is producing vigorous fruit.

The Abuqulusi municipality (Vryheid) owes Eskom just short of R50 million. Widespread corruption and mismanagement caused the council to be placed under administration.

Suddenly, the Natal Department of Co-operative Awakened Government and Traditional Affairs and stated that they were “stunned” about the state of the municipality.

Guests evacuated at KZN resort after hundreds Panga-wielding protesters storm the holiday resort and vandalised facilities

Guests at a holiday resort in northern KwaZulu-Natal had to be evacuated after an armed mob stormed the grounds and vandalised facilities on Friday morning.

It is understood that the people, numbering in the hundreds and many of whom were armed with pangas, had pulled down a perimeter fence before swarming the Natal Spa resort near Vryheid.

Police sources said the mob had threatened staff members, warning them to vacate their posts or face violence.

Guests were transported from the resort under guard while police negotiated with the mob.

Manager Henk Barnard stated in a press release that an employment dispute was at the heart of the attack.

“It’s a long story, but we are hearing rumours that the crowd was unhappy about the dismissal of certain staff [and] others were unhappy that they are not employed,” he said.
