Decolonised Zimbabwe Begging Neighbours for Electricity to Stop Daily 12 Hour Blackouts!

Like in South Africa, where the simple maintenance and upkeep of a fully functioning infrastructure seems to be a challenge to African regimes, Zimbabwe who was once a powerhouse in Southern Africa, has been reduced to asking its neighbours to commission new power plants to supply Zimbabwe, as it seems it cannot even commission its own power plants anymore.

The current electricity cuts were allegedly because of rehabilitation work at the Kariba South hydropower plant, constraints at its coal-fired Hwange plant and limited power imports (from struggling SA?), according to the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority.

Net soos in Suid Afrika en elders op die vasteland, waar die eenvoudige instandhouding en beheer van ‘n volle funksionele infrastruktuur ‘n uitdaging vir Afrika regimes blyk te wees, is Zimbabwe, wat eens die kragbron vir Suider Afrika was, gedwing om sy bure te vra om nuwe kragstasies te bou om krag aan Zimbabwe te verskaf, waar dit wil voorkom asof hulle nie eens meer hul eie kragstasies kan opstel nie.

Die huidige elektrisiteitsonderbrekings is na bewering weens rehabilitasiewerk by die Kariba-Suid-waterkragaanleg, beperkings by die steenkoolaanleg in Hwange en beperkte kraginvoer (van sukkelende SA?), Volgens die Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority.

EFF Leader, Malema, Convicted of Violating Parliament’s Code of Ethics on Two Charges!

The Joint Committee on Ethics found that Malema had violated the code of ethics for members of parliament by not enforcing the law, when he called on foreign nationals to find ‘creative ways‘ to invade SA illegally, after SA borders were closed during the Covid lockdown in January.

Malema was found to have violated the code with his call in January to foreign nationals, to find a ‘creative way‘ to enter SA illegally, if they could not enter the country through the border posts.

Die Gesamentlike Komitee vir Etiek het bevind dat Malema die etiese kode vir parlementslede oortree het deur nie die wet te handhaaf nie, toe hy ‘n beroep op buitelandse burgers gedoen het om ‘kreatiewe maniere‘ te vind om SA onwettig binne te dring, nadat grense gesluit is gedurende die Covid inperking in Januarie.

Daar was gevind dat Malema die kode oortree het met sy oproep in Januarie na buitelandse burgers, om ‘n ‘kreatiewe manier‘ te vind om SA onwettig binne te dring, as hulle nie deur die grensposte die land kan binnekom nie.

Did Tobacco Giant BAT Give Mugabe Up to $500,000 to Release Their Private Spies in 2012? – Leaked Documents

According to documents seen by the BBC program ‘Panorama‘, British American Tobacco’s (BAT) private spies were caught spying on Savanna Tobacco’s factory, in Zimbabwe in 2012. After paying for talks with high-ranking Zanu PF members, about a donation of up to half a million dollars, the 3 spies were released. BAT is the manufacturer of Lucky Strike cigarettes and is one of the largest companies in the UK, where the multinational tobacco monopoly is headquartered in London.

The investigation touched on the world of corporate competition, illegal espionage and bribery in Africa, or more specifically the tobacco industry. The focus of the investigation was BAT, which had been accused of bribery in various African states, and the private security firm called Forensic Security Services (FSS), which the company relied on for its business in South Africa.

Het Tabakreus BAT vir Mugabe tot $500,000 Gegee om Vrylating van hul Private Spioene te Kry? – Gelekte Dokumente

Volgens dokumente wat die BBC program ‘Panorama‘ gesien het, was British American Tobacco (BAT) se private spioene gevang in Zimbabwe in 2012, na hulle betrap is toe hulle op Savanna Tobacco se fabriek spioeneer het. Na gesprekke met hooggeplaaste Zanu PF lede, oor ‘n donasie van tot halwe Miljoen dollar, was die 3 spioene losgelaat. BAT is die vervaardiger van Lucky Strike sigarette en is een van die grootste ondernemings in die Verenigde Koninkryk, waar die multinasionale tabak monopolie sy hoofkwartier in London het.

Die ondersoek het ingegaan op die wêreld van korporatiewe mededinging, beweerde onwettige spioenasie en omkopery in Afrika, of meer spesifiek die tabakbedryf. Die fokus van die ondersoek was BAT en die private sekuriteitsfirma genaamd Forensic Security Services (FSS), wat die onderneming op staatgemaak het in sy onderneming in Suid Afrika.

Corrupt ANC Dept. of Home Affairs’ Service Now so Bad it Ruins Law-abiding People’s Jobs & Lives

If you are an illegal black immigrant from Zimbabwe, you can quickly buy a genuine South African Passport for R45,000 from Home Affairs, but if you are a law-abiding white person, you could wait years for a basic document. Indeed, in Ireland, South Africans are told by the Embassy they can wait up to three years for documents, which severely affects their residence status! Such stories abound on Facebook groups like Suid Afrikaners in Nederland where expats try help each other out with the bureaucracy, corruption and ineptitude from Home Affairs

Even people’s job prospects are being destroyed after a clinical researcher from Pretoria, may not be able to start her new job in the Netherlands in time, due to a delay and mix up at the ANC’s Home Affairs. This despite the fact that she started applying for the necessary documents a year in advance.

As jy ‘n onwettige swart buitelander van Zimbabwe is, kan jy ‘n egte Suid Afrikaanse Paspoort sommer gou gou koop vir R45,000 by Binnelandse Sake, maar as jy ‘n wetsgehoorsame blanke is, kan jy jare wag vir ‘n basiese dokument. Inderdaad, by die SA Ambasade in Ierland word Suid Afrikaners vertel hulle kan tot drie jaar wag vir dokumente wat hul verblyf status erg affekteer! Sulke verhale is volop op Facebook groepe soos Suid Afrikaners in Nederland, waar expats mekaar probeer help met die burokrasie, korrupsie en onbekwaamheid van ANC se Binnelandse Sake.

Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, SA se Minister van Verdediging kerm nog steeds dat haar sny van die korrupsiekoek nie groot genoeg is nie. Sy het weer gewaarsku, of is dit gedreig, dat die SAW in groot moeilikheid verkeer. Maar daar is geen oorlog nie, en SA het basies oop grense, en die troepe help nou net die onbevoegde SAPD uit met Korona. 

Die minister se dat die land se verdedigingsvermoëns ernstig aangetas sal wees agv. die groot finansiële te korte waarmee die weermag te doen het. Maar die SAW troepe is nou net ‘n vredeskorps soos die VN, en met die oppergesag van die groot wêreld moondhede soos VSA, China en Rusland, is daar maar min rede vir ‘n weermag. Inderdaad, met die vooruitsig dat die Afrika Unie mettertyd SA saam met  Zimbabwe en Namibia sal wil saamsnoer, is ‘n groot weermag ongewens.
