Who Captured Who? Ramaphosa Complements his Hijacked “Pick ‘n Mix” Zondo Commission on State Capture, which he Hijacked from Zuma!

Although the corruption of the Commission on State Corruption is quite visible to those who pay attention, it seems that Ramaphosa fooled half of the people and turned the Zondo Commission into a self-promotion platform, just as he did with the ANC Zuma Violence, which he used to strengthen his power in the ANC and in government. An opinion poll has shown mixed reactions to the work done by the State Commission of Inquiry, since it was set up three years ago.

The commission officially concluded oral testimony last week with the controversial testimony of Cyril Ramaphosa, but deputy chief justice of the Commission, Raymond Zondo, said they could call a few more people if absolutely necessary. He was joking.

Ramaphosa’s Cadre Deployment Destroyed South Africa! DA Seeks Debate Because ANC Itself Doesn’t Know Which Cadre was Deployed Where!

#EndCadreDeployment – The official opposition, the Democratic Alliance (DA), wrote to the Acting Speaker of the National Assembly, Lechesa Tsenoli, calling for a Parliamentary debate on the socialist cadre deployment program, implemented by the African National Congress (ANC), because they believe it led to the collapse of the state. They stressed this request is a matter of national importance.

According to the DA, the blame must also be laid at the feet of Cyril Ramaphosa, who was the chairman of the ANC’s cadre deployment committee during Jacob Zuma’s term.

Cyril Ramaphosa’s contorted testimony at the Zondo Commission on Wednesday, leaves more questions than answers, leaving Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo a mystery of the Brian Molefe kind. After decades in the highest circles of politics in South Africa, Ramaphosa claims that he was unaware of what was going on around him? Ramaphosa, who was then Deputy to President Jacob Zuma, admitted that he had advised Zuma to transfer “Mr Fixit” Brian Molefe from Transnet, and appoint him as Eskom’s CEO in 2015, but the Guptas already knew it was coming in 2014?

Ramaphosa claimed before the Inquiry into State Capture that he was not aware at the time of Molefe’s association with the Gupta family and their collaborators. Molefe previously acknowledged that he had close ties to the politically affiliated Gupta family, but denied that they had anything to do with his promotion to become boss of the two most strategic state-owned companies, Eskom and Transnet…

Desmond Nair, Provincial Chief Magistrate of Oscar Pistorius Fame, has been Removed From the Bench for Corruption.

Judging the Judges. Desmond Nair, the Provincial Chief Magistrate, who sat on the Oscar Pistorius case, has been removed from the bench under the Magistrate’s Court Act for alleged corruption.

Chief Magistrate Desmond Nair was suspended from the role by Justice and Correctional Minister Ronald Lamola after a report before Parliament on Nair being found guilty of misconduct.

The magistrate had security equipment worth R200,000 installed at his residence in Pretoria, which also includes an electric fence and there were also alarm systems and other sophisticated equipment found, which were installed by an employee of Bossasa.

An ex Bossasa official turned whistleblower, Le Roux, in his testimony before the Zondo commission, confirmed that the equipment had been given to the magistrate, for which he had not paid.

Black Township Protesting Power Cuts, Blocks Eskom From Inspecting Sub Station, After Racist “Gangster” Mayor Implements Extra Load Shedding on Top of Eskom’s!

Gangsterism and cutting off your nose to spite your face, seems to be a recurring theme in #TheAfricanWay: Amsterdam in Mpumalanga has instituted its own internal electricity revolving power cuts, of 5 hours per day, and the Mayor refuses to speak English at community feedback meetings.

The Mkhondo (Piet Retief) municipality serving Amsterdam in Mpumalanga has now also instituted “internal” load shedding on top of Eskom’s own load shedding. The community is in uproar over an additional 5 hours per day load shedding, on top of the scheduled Eskom load shedding. Giel Coetzer, a businessman in town says his business is at a standstill and everyone’s food and meat is rotting in their fridges. The local mayor, Vusi Motha, was supposed to address a multiracial meeting of both black and white residents last week, but he and other officials arrived an hour and a half late. When Zuma said “corruption” is a European word, he meant corruption itself in African culture is normal & OK, it is just Europeans who choose to make it a bad thing. At SAA, like everywhere else, they did it #TheAfricanWay. The truth is, wide scale corruption was revealed at SAA before the Zondo commission. It seems wherever there was a black man or woman in charge of anything, there was theft, fraud & corruption. 

Seems Zuma was telling the truth and it really does look like corruption is embedded in the African culture. Let us take the case of “Adv.” Nontsasa Memela, who was head of acquisition for SAA Technical (SAAT). Being African and not seeing anything wrong with corruption, she openly sat in front of the Zondo commission and lied. Like elsewhere, a lot of money was lost at SAA through corruption, bringing the entire enterprise to the brink.

Zuma pulls a Houdini Act, misses Zondo deadline due to Cuba hospital stay

Former president Jacob Zuma has been hospitalised in Cuba because of ‘complications relating to poisoning’.

Zuma’s lawyers have told the Zondo commission of inquiry into state capture that he will not meet today’s deadline to respond to an application by journalist Redi Tlhabi to cross-examine him because he has been hospitalised in an undisclosed foreign country.

The letter from Zuma’s lawyers was sent days before the Sunday World yesterday reported that the former head of state, who did not appear before the Zondo commission of inquiry on his scheduled appearance dates of November 11 to 15 because of alleged ill-health, has been hospitalised in Cuba because of “complications relating to poisoning”.

Zuma pulls a Schabir Shaik act

Former ANC president Jacob Zuma, who was due to appear before the Zondo Commission, was discharged from the hospital over the weekend and will only appear later to testify.

Zuma is still being targeted by the Commission for interrogation on state hijacking, but Zuma apparently thanked many supporters for their involvement in “the difficult illness period”.

Observers point out that the possibility exists that he should already be seen as a “very sick person”, so that he, like his friend Shaik, could be released early on parole if jail time is his premise, then for years afterwards, happy to live outside prison.

In addition to the arms scandal, there is still the state hijacking scandal, and the Hanekom court case, which is still being smeared on its political bread.

No indication was given as to the reason for his hospitalization, but Zuma described it as a “difficult time”.
