Die Ad Hoc Groep vir die Beskerming van Eiendomsregte het ‘n verklaring uitgereik na afloop van ʼn byeenkoms van verskeie organisasies en groepe op 23 Junie 2021 te Pretoria, waarin die voorgestelde wysigings aan die Vuurwapenbeheerwet, wat in die Staatskoerant vir kommentaar gepubliseer is, bespreek was. Volgens die Ad Hoc groep word Vuurwapenbeheer Konsepwetgewing gesien as nog ʼn aanslag op eiendomsreg.

Die Ad Hoc-Groep vir die Beskerming van Eiendomsreg is ʼn informele groepering van  organisasies, georganiseerde landbou en landbou verteenwoordigers, burgerlike en burgerregte instellings, opposisiepartye en akademici sowel as geloofsinstellings, ens. Die  Ad hoc-groep vir die Beskerming van Eiendomsreg akkommodeer diverse groeperinge en gedagtes oor die spektrum heen.

Agterstand van 250 000 Vuurwapenlisensie Aansoeke sal Waarskynlik Nooit Verwerk Word nie Aangesien die Vuurwapenregister Totale Chaos is!

Dit het byna onmiddellik duidelik geword hoe sleg en chaoties die mense van die ANC-regime werk, as ons dit werk kan noem, toe die portefeuljekomitee van die Polisie die Vuurwapenregister die naweek besoek het. Maar vir ‘n Sosialis sal dit egter gesien word as skitterende werk!

Met die eerste oogopslag was die bewyse voor die hand liggend dat die vuurwapenlisensie-aansoeke in totale chaos verkeer, en dat die duisende dokumente wat in ‘n kamer opgestapel is, die duidelike bewys van chaotiese wanorde is. Die portefeuljekomitee van die polisie het die Register-afdeling waar vuurwapenlisensies hanteer word besoek, maar dit het duidelik geword dat niemand met die huidige stand van sake by die Register iets daaraan sal kan doen nie.

Yet the mainstream Establishment looks the other way…

While the EFF has threatened before to bring the whole Brackenfell to a standstill on Friday, Julius Malema has escalated the situation and again shared an image of himself and a rifle ahead of his party’s ” protest” at Brackenfell on Friday, having done something similar before Senekal2 when he tweeted a picture of an AK47.

Future of SA is bleak after ANC-regime ruled a once model state into junk status and sh*thole

It is clear that South Africa has become so fragile in the financial field that overall poverty, with the exception of a few wealthy people, will lead to the necessary change in governments.

Who will be the new rulers is currently a widely debated topic, but there is also the feeling that the ANC will remain in control at the national level.

The official opposition parties may form a government as a coalition, but in Africa it does not work, and such a merger will only provide temporary solutions.

However, it will not provide solutions that will bring South Africa back on the road to success, as none of the smaller parties has the strong leaders to protect the country from corruption, money laundering, murder, and dozens of other problems.

Whoever takes over from the ANC will do nothing better than today’s weak rulers.

Land expropriation without compensation shock revealed! ANC regime publishes charade bill on expropriation without compensation

The leader of the Afrikaner Self-Determination Party has strongly opposed the ANC over the government’s rate of land expropriation.

The shocking revelation was made in the media this past weekend that the ANC had just published a charade bill on expropriation without compensation for public comment. The media revealed that Dr Mathole Motshekga of the ANC acknowledged that the ANC had published this facade so that it did not cause too much opposition before the real bill was tabled in parliament.

In terms of the true bill, according to Motshekga, the courts will have no power to decide on the legality of the ANC’s intended expropriations without compensation.

Motshekga stated that, in the opinion of the ANC, the court process is taking too long and that the ANC government as elected government should have the final say on expropriations without compensation.

Bankrupt power supplier is struggling to maintain electricity grid and diesel generator units are used to prevent #rollingblackouts

Eskom has now gone so far as to use its emergency reserves in an effort to evade load shedding.

The diesel generator units have been used to prevent the burning of candles, but the diesel fuel bill is already more than 50% over the entity’s allowable diesel consumption according to its budget.

Workers claim they worked hard on Wednesday night to pump water so the entity on Thursday could avoid shedding.

Observers believe these are probably the first signs of a new breeze blowing through Eskom, as no one has taken much responsibility to date on whether to light the candles and when it’s going to change.

Last year’s load shedding cost Amcor about R740m, directly affecting the net profit to be shown at the end of a financial year.

ANC regime has driven SA into bankruptcy over a 25-year period

The extremely dire situation in which South Africa finds itself has raised the question of whether it is not yet time to make a survey of everything that has been destroyed in 25 years.

A political analyst points out that the first red light came on when municipalities across the country, all of which had cash stashed  up over years, suddenly turned red in the face of bankers.

Today, there is probably not one municipality that is either totally bankrupt, or hesitates on the brink of bankruptcy.

The debt burden of billions of rand in municipal structures is one of the surest ways that South Africa will look just like Zimbabwe in the foreseeable future – tar roads become dust roads, light fires sometimes, and businesses close their doors, one sooner than the other.

The government is in the same position – the latest shock is that the government has failed to raise R2bn so that the bankrupt SAA can resume its flights.

Why do people vote for same leaders who don’t deliver services?

Service delivery protests in South Africa are continuing as different municipalities fail to deliver their mandate of providing basic services to their communities.

The Maluti-A-Phofung municipality in Free State has not supplied water to Qwaqwa since last year December and tensions flared up when a young girl drowned while trying to collect water from a nearby river.

Communities such as as the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality in the Chris Hani District of the Eastern Cape have also experienced a billing crisis which has not been solved in years.

With all these service delivery problems, Bongani Bingwa questions why many people in these communities continue to vote for the same leaders that do not deliver services.
