Firearms License Applications Reopened Following Judgment from SA Court of Appeals

Following a court ruling handed down by the Supreme Court of Appeal in SA, the owners of firearms, whose licenses have expired, can now apply for new licenses.

According to this ruling, there is no need to wait until the next amnesty period. Firearm owners whose licenses have expired must now be allowed to apply for these firearm licenses from scratch.

The South African Police Service initially refused to consider new applications from members of the public whom did not apply on time.

The refusal followed a letter from the Commissioner of Police issued on 3 February 2016. The letter indicated that such applications should not be accepted by the SAPS, and these members of the public should be instructed to hand in their firearms at the nearest police station.

Piet Retief Bail Application Postponed After Video Testimony Dooms the State’s Case Against Farmers!

The bail application of the five farmers, who are charged with the murders of the Koki brothers in Dirkiesdorp, was again postponed in Piet Retief court until Wednesday, because today is a Public holiday. The atmosphere in Piet Retief, was peaceful and calm, which can possibly be attributed to the large presence of the SAPS force and the neighbourhood watch.

Video footage was discussed in court which clearly proved that neither the farmers nor farm workers were carrying firearms or bulletproof vests. A.O. Nhlapo admitted that this is also what he sees on the videos. The video material, however, may not be used in court yet, but may be referred to, as it has not yet been verified, but it apparently comes from a fixed camera.

Several statements have yet to be made, but fake news from all sides, including mainstream media regarding this matter is a problem and so it has been requested that the public should refrain from believing everything they might come to hear. Please onl

Cheap Black Labour is Dangerous! Relative of Farm Worker Who Discovered Assassinated Farmer’s Body in Court!

The investigation into the assassination of Free State Farmer Pieter Hills and attempted murder of his son Eddie, is unravelling into the all too common theme of relying on, and trusting those that work for you too much. It appears the suspect, Tshidiso Patrick Bochedi (36) is family of the farm worker, Anna Bochedi, who discovered the murdered farmer and his injured son.

Anna had discovered Eddie who had been stabbed in his lung and shot in the neck, whilst his father had been assassinated with a shot in his head, after she was asked by Pieter’s wife to go find out why they were not answering their phones. According to Netwerk24 Anna then called another worker, Maria Khumalo, after which the 2 women called for help.

Patrick Bochedi will remain in custody and make another appearance in court next Monday while another suspect will appear in court on Wednesday. One suspect was released because she could not be linked to the crime and one suspect died in custody after alleged

Another Farmer Assassinated by Black Terrorist Cell Supported by Left Wing Socialists, Mainstream Media & Political Elites!

SOCIALISTS HATE FARMERS – Yet another innocent farmer, Peter Hills (56), has been assassinated, the 3rd in Free State in less than a month, while his son is in a critical condition in hospital. The slow genocide is picking up pace as the terrorists and their horrendous acts become more brazen thanks to the ANC regime, Mainstream media, Left wing socialists and political establishment defending and justifying their murderous campaign and allowing them to continue the genocide unhindered!

Pieter Hills (56), owner of the farm Zwartpan near Hennenman in the Free State, was shot in the head and killed last night – Thursday 5 November – by a group of black male farm murderers who also ambushed his son Eddie (26),  when he arrived home and was stabbed with a sharp object in his lung. He is in critical condition in hospital. Eddie lay injured the whole night after the attackers had left.

20,000 Unlicensed weapons destroyed by SAPS

The SAPS claims to have destroyed about 20,000 firearms over the past six months, which were believed to be illegal.

The last time firearms were destroyed was on April 17 this year when 30,000 weapons were destroyed by smelting processes.

The destruction of weapons is seen as a positive point in countering its illegal possession, and the government believes this could lead to a dramatic reduction in gun violence.

Experts, however, say the weapons are being destroyed and thousands are again illegally smuggling the country into the area and robbing them of the robbers and murderers.

Many of the weapons were allegedly handed over to police by illegal owners after an amnesty period was announced.

Police woman rents out her service pistol to criminals for R30 000 to rob her units office

A 34-year-old female constable from Bloemfontein was arrested on Tuesday night after renting out her service pistol to criminals to rob her unit’s office in for alleged firearms, including assault rifles to be used in other crimes.

According to the Hawks national spokesman, Brig. Hangwani Mulaudzi the police’s intelligence unit in Bloemfontein and officers from the Hawks’ serious crime investigation unit have set a trap for the officer. Police used undercover cops that they posed as criminals. The constable was captured after allegedly “borrowing her weapon for the criminals” to carry out the robbery. Mulaudzi says she apparently told the the undercover cops which firearms are in the safe at her office. They met the officer at about 22:00 at a gas station in King Edward Road in Willows, Bloemfontein, showed her the “stolen firearms” and paid her R30 000 for the use of her service pistol.
