The Rich Get Richer: Is it any wonder NASPERS was able to “donate” 1 Billion worth of Chinese made testing kits and PPE to South Africa, after unprecedented demand for online services & entertainment during the Covid-19 lockdowns, firstly in China when the CoronaVirus started, and now in SA, saw a scramble for safe investments, which helped grow NASPERS profits, and set South African stocks on course for a record April month! The benchmark index in Johannesburg is up 14% in April, the most in any month since Bloomberg began tracking the gauge in 1995. What Did Ramaphosa, A Big Shareholder in MTN, Know About MTN Financing & Bribing The Taliban In Afghanistan?

What did Cyril “Father Christmas” Ramaphosa know and when did he know it? He is and was a big shareholder in MTN through Shanduka and now Pembani. Charges in connection with contravening American legislation against terrorism has been laid against MTN in America as well as a civil lawsuit by American soldiers and civilians.

The charges are very specific and it is clear all the evidence is there. We could see people go to jail and MTN having to pay billions of dollars in compensation. It all has to do with MTN in Afghanistan bribing the Taliban so that the Taliban don’t attack their infrastructure. MTN for instance paid the Taliban $2,000 per cellphone tower not to attack it.

Forensic audits which were conducted by Nigerian authorities raised red flags with both Shanduka and MTN – two companies Cyril Ramaphosa has been heavily involved in.

Cellphone giant MTN accused of funding Taliban – indirectly MTN clients are subsidising this designated terrorist organisation

MTN accused of paying protection money to the Taliban, a designated terrorist organisation known to have been working with al-Qaeda.

The company is among several multinationals facing a US lawsuit on behalf of killed or wounded US military in Afghanistan.

SUMMARY:
A civil lawsuit brought in the US says MTN paid protection money to the Taliban and actively helped its fighters from being detected by US counter-insurgency forces

The company, along with five other Western businesses, have been accused in a US court of having violated the Anti-Terrorism Act by paying protection money to the Taliban, a designated terrorist organisation known to have been working with al-Qaeda.

Anti-mass immigration violence forces Nigeria to nationalize some of its SA businesses such as Shoprite and MTN

The xenophobic attacks in Gauteng on foreigners, and the looting of their businesses have now taken on an international turn.

Nigeria is considering nationalizing businesses such as Shoprite and MTN.

In its latest report, Bloomberg pointed out the rough times that might await South Africa if the most popular businesses, such as MTN, might be nationalized.

The Nigerian “All Progressive Congress Party” chairman said in a video recording also broadcast on the radio and TV channels that it would be advantageous for Nigeria to nationalize thriving South African businesses because of their insensitive actions against Nigerian businessmen .

The focus is clearly on MTN, which has a profitable industry in Nigeria, and that may even include Shoprite’s stores.

MTN has invested millions of Rand in the West African state, and is now becoming the first possibility of nationalization.
