Jessie Duarte’s Outdated Ideology on Land Expropriation without Compensation Represents Unworkable & Unrealistic ANC Factional Thinking

The Ad Hoc Group for the Protection of Property Rights has taken note of ANC Secretary-General Jessie Duarte’s remarks on Monday, on Expropriation without Compensation at a media conference. During the interview, she elaborated on the ideological fiction that expropriation without compensation (EWC) is at the heart of economic development.

This position flies directly in the face of a finding by the Institute of Race Relations that expropriation threatens “the property rights of all South Africans: from the 9.5 million people with homeownership to the approximately 18 million with customary law plots and the estimated 17 million who are members of pension funds. It would also harm all business owners, large and small. At the same time, the economic consequences of the Bill would further harm the 11 million individuals who are currently unemployed, by reducing investment, limiting growth and hampering post-lockdown recovery.”

Ace Fights Suspension with “Innocent Until Proven Guilty” Court Case Against Ramaphosa and ANC!

The six senior members of the ANC’s executive committee met on Monday to discuss a new development from the disgraced Ace Magashule, who has gone to the High court with a semi-urgent application, to have the ANC party’s decision to suspend him as Secretary General, reviewed by the High court.

The legal process to resolve the dispute could now take weeks, and gives Ace more time before having to make an apology to the country and Ramaphosa.

Magashule’s appeal to the court claims that the decision of the ANC’s National Executive Committee (NEC) to suspend him, was based on the principle of him having to “stand aside” while he is being prosecuted, but Magashule says he can only be suspended if he is found guilty of a crime.

Some ANC members have responded saying the “stand aside” resolution has nothing to do with the internal disciplinary process for corrupt people, but there are also those who think Magashule might be right, depending on what was actually agreed

Was Magashule’s Bluffing? With no Power Base, he Seems Destined to Become the ANC’s Scapegoat…

Ace Magashule, the disgraced ANC Secretary-General, does not seem to have a solid a power base as was suspected, given that the trade union Cosatu has also made strong statements against Ace, who only has time until the end of the week to apologize to  the country and to Cyril Ramaphosa, for his actions and corruption.

Magashule’s letter in which he had unilaterally stated that he,  as the Secretary General of the ANC party, was suspending Cyril, seems to have caused the the spark in the powder keg, that cost him dearly, if he does not comply with the order.

Ace has however stated that he would not apologize, something he will probably regret as it could mean he would not get another lower position elsewhere, and could even be kicked out of the ANC. That said, he seems to be more aligned with the SACP in recent times.

Embattled Ramaphosa Uses Corruption in ANC to Save His Own Corrupt Position! Gangster ACE, NDZ & SACP Lose Round One!

Cyril Ramaphosa seems to have resorted to Mugabe type tactics, to save his own corrupt position, in the battle to oust him, after he announced that ANC members guilty of corruption, should resign from their posts, even as he himself has accusations against him. This ruling came after he got majority support in the National Executive Committee meeting over the weekend, and it appears to be aimed directly at those threatening to replace him. As a result, Ace Magashule is now due to appear before the ANC’s Integrity Committee, due to possible involvement in corruption, which is fueling speculation that Ramaphosa may have his eye on a new ANC Secretary-General.

Ramaphosa’s strong actions are also seen as a victory over SACP / NDZ / COSATU aligned Secretary-General Ace Magashule, who initially said he would not resign from his post, if he was investigated for corruption. Communists the world over seem to be using the CCPvirus pandemic to increase their influence and power globally, and even in South Africa, the #RooiGevaar was out in force last night, welcoming their comrades from Cuba who had landed at Waterkloof Airforce base. Cyril and all the top ANC ministers claimed South Africa will somehow benefit from Cuba’s “global effort” to fight Covid-19, however, with only 1,369 cases of CCPvirus, it is not certain what experience Cuba have that SA does not, but of course if you remove the capitalists, Christians and whites from South Africa, SA certainly would struggle to keep up with even Commie Cuba. #GangsterFreeState AG Report Shows Ace Magashule’s Legacy Leaves Free State & Bloemfontein Reeling! Bankrupt, Under Administration & Still Wondering What, or Rather, Who, Hit it!

#AfricansNormalizingCrime – Magashule’s Mafia network stripped Bloemfontein and the Free-State to the bone. The Auditor General’s (AG) report for the 2018/19 financial year, which reads like a crime novel, found that the Bloemfontein Metro had R2 BILLION wasted on corruption and spent R 268 Million more than it earned, and that it owes creditors R135 Million more than what it’s  assets are worth. But it seems that’s all OK, because ANC stands for Africans Normalising Crime.

While he has now moved on to much bigger questionable “deals”, as the current ANC Secretary General, the former Free State premier, Ace Magashule’s decade long leadership in the once prosperous province was characterised by ”mafia-style tactics of governing and rudderless leadership” from which many questionable business dealings and state capture arrangements emerged, according provincial Democratic Alliance (DA) leader Patricia Kopane.

Another multi-million agricultural flagship project by Ace Magashule failed – situation alarming, once again proving that land acquisition without compensation holds nothing good for SA

The Diyatalawa project of Operation Hlasela, between Harrismith and Kestell, was supposed to bring a sustainable income for 50 families, but nothing came of it. This is just another failed agricultural project by Ace Magashule, the former Free State Prime Minister and now the Secretary-General of the ANC who failed.

According to Roy Jankielsohn, DA member and leader of the official opposition in the Free State Legislature, the dairy of R15 million is in disuse and has been neglected. He said in a statement that people who hoped to get a sustainable income from the project are ashamed, just like with the Peace Dairy Project. Jankielsohn, who visited the project last week, says that very little economic activity is taking place there, and that it is just another expensive failed land reform project in the Free State.
