Ace Fights Suspension with “Innocent Until Proven Guilty” Court Case Against Ramaphosa and ANC!

The six senior members of the ANC’s executive committee met on Monday to discuss a new development from the disgraced Ace Magashule, who has gone to the High court with a semi-urgent application, to have the ANC party’s decision to suspend him as Secretary General, reviewed by the High court.

The legal process to resolve the dispute could now take weeks, and gives Ace more time before having to make an apology to the country and Ramaphosa.

Magashule’s appeal to the court claims that the decision of the ANC’s National Executive Committee (NEC) to suspend him, was based on the principle of him having to “stand aside” while he is being prosecuted, but Magashule says he can only be suspended if he is found guilty of a crime.

Some ANC members have responded saying the “stand aside” resolution has nothing to do with the internal disciplinary process for corrupt people, but there are also those who think Magashule might be right, depending on what was actually agreed

Deep Divisions Within ANC as Ramaphosa Claims Only ANC Congress Has Power to Recall Him

Ramaphosa may be on his way out according to reports over the Easter weekend, that suggest certain members of the ANC government want Cyril Ramaphosa out, but Ramaphosa himself is of the opinion that only the ANC Congress can fire him.

Ramaphosa has recently made statements that provoked fierce criticism, probably from the Zuma / SACP camp which were only sharpened after Ramaphosa said that certain members should decide if they want to resign, or be suspended.
Cyril Ramaphoza is very clear about his conviction that only Congress has the necessary power to dismiss him. The issue will apparently be discussed at next week’s ANC conference.

With statements like these, Ramaphosa just reaffirms the serious divisions that exist within the ANC. According to sources, embattled “gangster” Ace Magashule wants to become the next president. Should that happen, South African politics could expect some dangerous twists and turns.

“F*ck You White Man” – Well Known Farmer Survives Racist Farm Attack, Only To Be Refused Treatment at Local Hospital!

While Mainstream Media are pandering to black people’s hurt fweelings over dry hair, a hospital in Kroonstad has refused medical treatment to a well known farmer, who was attacked by a black male wielding a panga and two knives, shouting “F*ck you White man“! Note the attacker did not just say “man“, or “farmer“, or “South African“, or “human“, he said “WHITE man“, making this a racist attack. But Sarel Wessels’ problems did not end there, he had to treat his own wounds after a local hospital refused to treat the wounded farmer, despite him being a citizen and employer! Embattled Ramaphosa Uses Corruption in ANC to Save His Own Corrupt Position! Gangster ACE, NDZ & SACP Lose Round One!

Cyril Ramaphosa seems to have resorted to Mugabe type tactics, to save his own corrupt position, in the battle to oust him, after he announced that ANC members guilty of corruption, should resign from their posts, even as he himself has accusations against him. This ruling came after he got majority support in the National Executive Committee meeting over the weekend, and it appears to be aimed directly at those threatening to replace him. As a result, Ace Magashule is now due to appear before the ANC’s Integrity Committee, due to possible involvement in corruption, which is fueling speculation that Ramaphosa may have his eye on a new ANC Secretary-General.

In a scathing indictment of the ANC regimes communist credentials, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has asked South Africa to stop the Cuban dictatorship from turning a profit from human trafficking of Cuban medics, and to pay them directly and not to pay the Cuban regime which takes most of their earnings.
