The Zulu King Zwelithini and the IFP leader Buthelezi were uncompromising over the Ingonyama Trust land’s intended expropriation by ANC, as well as their traditional leaders’ land, and characterized it as a war. The leader of the Afrikaner Self-Determination Party has strongly opposed the ANC over the government’s rate of land expropriation.

The shocking revelation was made in the media this past weekend that the ANC had just published a charade bill on expropriation without compensation for public comment. The media revealed that Dr Mathole Motshekga of the ANC acknowledged that the ANC had published this facade so that it did not cause too much opposition before the real bill was tabled in parliament.

In terms of the true bill, according to Motshekga, the courts will have no power to decide on the legality of the ANC’s intended expropriations without compensation.

Motshekga stated that, in the opinion of the ANC, the court process is taking too long and that the ANC government as elected government should have the final say on expropriations without compensation.

First major illegal land invasions of 2020 commence in Tshwane’s Silverlakes and Boschkop areas

Following the first major land invasions of 2020 in Tshwane’s Silverlakes and Boschkop areas, business organisation Sakeliga today issued a warning to business and the public to guard against increasingly shrewd land invasion tactics by the EFF.

Over the course of several days this week, small groups of land invaders claiming to be from the EFF attempted to seize land held by developers to the North East of Pretoria. Striking at several sites around Silverlakes and Boschkop in the Tshwane area, invaders sought to clear “stands” on the properties, even naming these future settlements “Winnie Mandela View” with apparently at least three extensions thereto.

ANC regime’s Christmas gift to SA! Government wants to speed up the stealing of land this Christmas holidays – Expropriation suddenly accelerates

The draft version of the constitutional amendment to change Article 25 of the Constitution, where the ANC regime can apply expropriation without compensation, was switched to a faster acceleration last Tuesday. The onset happened at a meeting of the ad hoc committee on the amendment of art. 25.

The proposed initial wording of the law amendment reads that a court may rule that legitimate and equitable compensation for a piece of land expropriated in the interest of land reform may be zero. However, it must be in accordance with national law that sets out specific circumstances within which a court may decide that a zero value can be legitimate and fair compensation.

The parliamentary legal advisers have pointed out that nothing in the process is removed from the constitutional article – the above is merely added. This would mean that compensation for expropriated land is the amount determined either by the parties or by the court.

TAU SA is preparing to assist landowners in expropriation cases without compensation. This follows after the discussions with the ad hoc committee appointed by Parliament to submit proposals on how Art. 25 of the constitution – which deals with expropriation without compensation – must be amended.

“It is clear that the committee’s focus is solely on how the law should be amended, and not what the consequences of the amendments will be,” said Mr. Louis Meintjes, the president of TAU SA. “Any input from stakeholders representing farmers is simply dismissed as irrelevant.”

“It is extremely worrying that aspects such as effects on the economy, investment uncertainty, ratings by credit agencies and most importantly, food security, bear no weight in this process. The only matter of importance is that land should be expropriated despite multiple examples of how it failed because of corruption, ignorance and greed. It is not for the benefit of South Africa. ”

White Farmer Seeks Asylum with His Family at the US Border with Mexico – First in South African History

While South Africa is a troubled country in turmoil, few are aware that the fear white South Africans live in, has reached beyond our borders. A white South African farmer and his family asked for asylum at the US border with Mexico.

They were kept at a Mexican holding for three weeks for protection before meeting with the US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). They have undergone extensive grilling and interviews. They had to do a credible fear test, which they passed. That is right, their fear is real.

The white farmer has a minor daughter that was interviewed without the presence of her parents. Currently, the family resides with friends in the US after the US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) concluded the family could apply for asylum. ANC regime landgrab program is used in an attempt to recruit government votes for the upcoming election

The Department of Public Works says a “rapid follow-up” process is planned to make land available quickly to give momentum to the landgrab program.

The state has a property portfolio of more than 93,000 buildings and more than 1.9 million hectares of land under the control of the Department.

The government’s land-grabbing program entails that land, as well as any other property, can be claimed by the rulers without compensation.

During a briefing in the parliamentary committee, Sasa Subban, the deputy director general of the department said a 100 properties were earmarked to be released by the end of 2019, and 100 properties in the following year financial year.

He says the North West has been identified as the province with the largest number of outstanding restitution claims, which apparently cover 93 properties.
