EFF Leader, Malema, Convicted of Violating Parliament’s Code of Ethics on Two Charges!

The Joint Committee on Ethics found that Malema had violated the code of ethics for members of parliament by not enforcing the law, when he called on foreign nationals to find ‘creative ways‘ to invade SA illegally, after SA borders were closed during the Covid lockdown in January.

Malema was found to have violated the code with his call in January to foreign nationals, to find a ‘creative way‘ to enter SA illegally, if they could not enter the country through the border posts.

EFF Leier, Malema, Skuldig Bevind aan Oortreding van Etiese Gedragskode van Parlement op Twee Aanklagte!

Die Gesamentlike Komitee vir Etiek het bevind dat Malema die etiese kode vir parlementslede oortree het deur nie die wet te handhaaf nie, toe hy ‘n beroep op buitelandse burgers gedoen het om ‘kreatiewe maniere‘ te vind om SA onwettig binne te dring, nadat grense gesluit is gedurende die Covid inperking in Januarie.

Daar was gevind dat Malema die kode oortree het met sy oproep in Januarie na buitelandse burgers, om ‘n ‘kreatiewe manier‘ te vind om SA onwettig binne te dring, as hulle nie deur die grensposte die land kan binnekom nie.

Na ‘n vinnige “pouse” het Cyril sy nuwe groter kabinet onthul, nog voor meeste van die ANC daarvan geweet het volgens Jessie Duarte. Dieselfde strategie wat hy gebruik het met die Zuma inhegtenisname: laat die situasie vererger en slaan toe wanneer niemand dit verwag. Maar dit het ook baie sogenoemde kenners verbaas. Na ‘n patetiese vertoning, in wetstoepassing en die handhawing van wet en orde om SA burgers veilig te hou, behou Cele sy posisie! Watse houvas het die korrupte minister op’n selfs meer korrupte ANC?

Selfs Adriaan Basson wat gewoonlik Ramaphosa se lof sing vanuit sy ver linkse News24 ivoortoring, was verbaas. Hy het gesê ‘n Land se intelligensie -agentskap kan nie, en moet nie van die presidensie bestuur word nie. Die aanstelling van ‘n sterk, onafhanklike direkteur-generaal vir die SSA moet prioriteit geniet.

Public Protector’s Office Captured? Busisiwe Mkhwebane Accused of Financial Mismanagement & Politicizing Again, By Her Own Staff This Time!

It is clear the Public Protector’s office is doing anything but protecting the public, in fact they are a danger to the public now as its funds are being redirected to defend the Public Protector herself from lawsuits, trying to stop her. In another blow to the office of the Public Protector, this time from within the Public Protectors office itself, a representative from the Free State branch, is accusing Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane of financial mismanagement. After a humiliating experience during the SONA State of the Nation Address, where traitor F.W. De Klerk and his second wife Elita, were badly verbally abused by his own darling blacks, Nobel laureate De Klerk unexpectedly hit back this time, and believe it or not, defended Apartheid. Maybe public humiliation does work on such a person, who sold Kith, Kin and Country for Coin, and false virtue?

Once again, SA’s corrupt black majority managed to shift the spotlight from themselves, and their crimes and looting of SA, and once again beat the poor dead Apartheid donkey, blaming it for everything! During the State of the Nation Address, EFF leader Julius Malema said, among other things, that the former President De Klerk’s hands were dripping ‘with blood’. Are the nails in the coffin for controversial Public Protector?

The controversial Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, appears to have counted the days when considering the reaction of certain members of parliament after the matter of her eligibility as OB was tabled.

The National Assembly’s speaker, Thandi Modise, approved that Parliament follow the procedures that could lead to the OB’s dismissal.

Busisiwe Mkhwebane is probably the most important reason why the parliament in 2019 laid down rules to be followed when removing the OB from office.

The process is apparently underway, and opposition parties, excluding the Red Brigade, are expected to strongly demand that she be removed from her post, especially in light of the numerous court cases she lost due to incorrect information being investigated reports were recorded.

Modise finally appeared in court for first time after 160 animals on her farm had to be euthanized in 2018 due to lack of care

Speaker of Parliament, Thandi Modise, finally appeared for the first time at the Potchefstroom Regional Court, in the North West, to answer to a case related to animal cruelty charges that were laid against her, by AfriForum, in 2018.

Why AfriForum took Thandi Modise to court
The lobby group was approached by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NSPCA) for assistance after it was discovered, in 2014, that Modise’s animal farm, in North West, had been left abandoned for weeks.

What the investigators from AfriForum’s Civil Rights Organisation found when they arrived at the farm was a gruesome scene, where dozens of animals were dead, some barely clinging to life.

The NSPCA later revealed that the animals were in such a dire state, they were forced to put down more than 160 of them.

However, a warrant of arrest notice was issued by the court after she failed to appear.
